My person centered approach is tailored to you. Transformation happens, it does. Men new to constructively navigating emotions are a specialty though I'm here to support anyone longing to turn up their light and quiet the noise. You do the work. I will help guide and support you along your journey of rediscovery and transformation.

Early on we developed beliefs about ourselves and the world that shaped our patterns, our character, and the outcomes we experience. To overhaul the outcomes, we balance unpacking and sorting through the past together with applying new approaches to excelling in the present. It's not rocket surgery, just effective teamwork.
