I am a licensed clinical social worker committed to helping adults break free from patterns of feeling stuck, unsatisfied, and disconnected.

I believe therapy starts with having a place where you can tell your story and be met with curiosity, warmth, and acceptance.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you come in. I'm interested in understanding how your experiences have shaped you- what you believe, what you care about, what you choose to do, and why.

My hope is that you leave therapy with a more compassionate understanding of yourself and a clearer sense of how you want to move forward. Every part of you is welcome here, even the ones that might feel hard to share.
