Through exploration of interests and analysis of how our experiences facilitate or hinder growth, I help individuals identify obstacles, develop an internal locus of control, and create patterns that serve their goals.

I believe that each of us has the capacity to make a unique contribution toward the beneficence of mankind, and this can be realized through self-reflection and careful analysis of their inner and outer worlds.
