Do you feel like your mind never slows down? Struggling to focus, stay organized, or manage daily responsibilities? Feeling sad, numb, disconnected, anxious, or on edge? I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief supportive therapy for ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions.
I’m Dr. B—an empathetic, doctoral-prepared, licensed, dual board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I take a holistic, evidence‑based approach and partner with patients to support meaningful, collaborative care. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I work with individuals ages 14–80.
