Overview

I have worked extensively with families and children, substance use, depression, anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence and childhood abuse. I am here for clients who do not know where to start and need someone to help walk them through difficult conversations, understanding their own habits, or simply wanting someone to talk to.

I am passionate and work from a strength base and client based perspective. I can provide cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment therapy, motivational interviewing, family therapy, and emotional therapy.
I have specialized in family centered trauma, childhood trauma, and suicidal ideation.
