Overview

I have been practicing in the field with adults, adolescents, children, and families since 2013. I have experience working in areas of grief and loss, parenting challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, school issues, family transitions, and adjustment to medical concerns.

I am passionate about engaging with children and adolescents creatively to help them process challenges and achieve their goals. I understand that every individual has their own story which they bring to the table and believes there is no one size fits all approach. I tailor my therapy to the needs of each of my clients.

My warmth and compassionate approach is key in creating a safe space to work through difficult circumstances on the path to healing. In therapy, I will help to identify thought patterns and behaviors that are keeping you stuck. I will work together with you to identify your strengths and utilize them to make lasting change.
