Overview

You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself or others. Maybe you're navigating a life transition, managing the effects of trauma, or struggling with self-doubt and burnout. My ideal client is someone who is ready to explore their inner world — even if they're not quite sure where to begin.

I provide a supportive and compassionate space for individuals navigating challenges such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. Using evidence-based approaches including DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and proven, research backed clinical interventions, I help clients build resilience, develop coping strategies.

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. But taking that first step is a courageous and meaningful act of self-care. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone.

I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
