I am ready to assist you on your journey towards emotional clarity, balance, and healing. Understanding behavioral patterns can help with regulation and bolster your sense of self. If you feel ready to find relief from anxiety, depression, dissociation, panic, ADHD, BPD, relationship issues, and/or emotional dysregulation, I am here to help.
My primary therapeutic model is Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). We all have 'parts' that make up our personality. Our 'exiled' parts like shame and fear try to stay hidden. 'Manager protectors' like people-pleasing or criticizing preemptively try to keep us from feeling overwhelmed. 'Manager firefighters' like addiction, rage, or numbing try to snuff out pain. Reconnect with your True Self, take charge of parts, and experience a more satisfied life.
You will find my style to be warm, authentic, and direct. I avoid judgment and will always consider your lead in finding solutions.
