Overview
Many of us developed protective behaviors in childhood or during hard times—coping mechanisms that helped us navigate pain or unmet needs. But what once kept us safe may now be creating challenges in our lives, bodies, and relationships, both with ourselves and others.
These issues act as signals, inviting us to look beneath the surface and address root causes. By tending to our wounds and bringing hidden parts into awareness, we integrate our strengths, vulnerabilities, and past experiences—moving closer to our innate authenticity and wholeness.
My hope is that together, we can create a container that embraces the wholeness of our humanness where all of our parts are welcome just as they are; a space to laugh and cry, grieve and rage, reclaim pleasure, rest, and celebrate both the major milestones and simple joys that carry us through.
