Overview
It takes so much strength to reach out for support and I am so glad you are here. I work with younger and older adults navigating a range of struggles, including religious and spiritual concerns, Men's work, anxiety, depression, ADHD, as well as trauma and relationship issues. Currently in training for psychedelic assisted therapy.
With a Masters in Applied Clinical Psychology, I tailor my approach by drawing from various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Using these various modalities, we will build a foundation of compassion as road to healing in order to explore all the many parts of the Self.
It is my utmost priority that I create a container that encourages all types of self-compassion and exploration. All dreams are welcome. You deserve the dream destined for you.
