Overview

I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, stress, men’s issues, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to move forward. I also have experience supporting veterans, first responders, high-achieving individuals, and those recovering from emotional wounds or difficult relational experiences.

My approach is grounded in an existential-humanistic and person-centered framework. I aim to provide a supportive, trauma-informed space where clients can feel seen, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. When appropriate, I integrate mindfulness, cognitive reframing, emotional awareness, practical coping skills, and Humanistic Sandtray Therapy to support healing and personal growth.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with your values, and begin building a more grounded and meaningful life.
