My job is to provide you with the education and tools to help you accomplish your goals with the understanding that we all have unique skill sets and circumstances.

I have 16 years of combined experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I utilize a combination of medication management, psychoeducation, solutions focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing to support clients with a broad range of mental health needs in WA state.
