Overview
My passion is supporting parents especially those navigating the neurodiversity support system. My clients seek help for anxiety, transitions and changing expectations as their child grows.
I also focus on adults managing anxiety and life transitions to meet their goals and improve coping skills with life's stressors.
I use a person-centered approach providing tools for clients to explore from evidenced-based disciplines including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and neurodiversity affirming practices. Coaching clients to achieve their goals, I offer support, strategies, and partnership each step of the way
Everyone has times they need extra support, a sounding board, someone to provide suggestions to help us move forward. As your clinician, I will provide this support for you as you move forward.
