Overview

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by the emotional impact of medical issues, including chronic or terminal illness, as well as trauma, grief, and loss. I have experience supporting those in healthcare and first responder roles who carry ongoing stress and emotional weight from their work.

I help clients navigate anxiety, chronic worry, depression, trauma, and PTSD, as well as stress and burnout. I work with individuals processing grief, loss, and bereavement, and those adjusting to major life transitions or periods of uncertainty. I also support people coping with complex medical conditions or terminal illness.
