My ideal client is a middle age person seeking help for depression or anxiety.
You may have reached a milestone in life such as grown kids, divorce or loss of a spouse. You are seeking guidance in figuring out who you are and what to do next in life. You are looking to rediscover who you are and what your place is.
I specialize in general mental health, such as depression and anxiety. I have some experience working with victims of trauma, foster care issues, court issues, depression, anxiety and divorce. I have also worked with victims of domestic violence.
Most people would say that the first step is the hardest. I would say understanding/accepting the fact that you may need help from a professional is the most important step.
