First responders. Couples where one or both partners are first responders. As well as individuals and couples navigating high stress, trauma, and significant life transitions and stage of life concerns.

They are often aspired to seek help so that they can continue to help others, be it at work or within their own family system.

I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating trauma, high-stress professions, relationship strain, and significant life transitions. My clinical training in EMDR, Brainspotting, Gottman and trauma-informed care allows us to go beyond surface-level strategies and address the root of distress in order to find better.
