Overview
I serve client age 12-64 navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family issue, caregiver burnout, cultural identity, and life transitions. I especially enjoy serving mother through pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum, offering a warm space to feel understood, process emotions, and build practical tools for the journey.
I offer warm collaborative therapy using CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches. I believe healing can include humor, laughter, self-compassion, and celebrating small victories along the way. I offer my session in English and Vietnamese.
