Overview
No matter where you are in your journey, my hope is to create a space with you where you feel safe to explore the complexities that today’s world brings. I offer ethical, trauma informed, and adaptable individual, couple and family therapy. I believe we are all impacted by the systems around us, from our upbringing to the active impact of our social circles, workplaces and relationships. The more we understand how we're being impacted, the more intention and power we hold.
I became a therapist because of my own experiences of trying to hold it all together in an individualistic society. The first time I found a therapist who was a good fit, my body could finally allow some stress to ease. Therapy is a powerful tool and can make a world of difference.
