Overview
You don't have to be in crisis to want support or relief. Many people come to me knowing they want things to feel different, but without a clear plan for how to get there. They may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck, or out of sync. The first step is often just finding a space to pause, be heard, and begin.
I am a PMHNP providing psychotherapy and medication management to individuals from young adulthood onward. My approach is thorough and collaborative—focused on careful assessment, clear treatment planning, and adjustments that support your progress. I work with ADHD, anxiety, mood, stress, exhaustion and perimenopause.
In sessions, I aim to be a steady, informed presence—helping you gain insight into your experience and what might help, while respecting your pace and priorities.
