Overview

I specialize in OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and anxiety disorders by helping clients gain insight toward their roots and work toward decreasing their current impact. Through working with me, clients can expect decreased shame, guilt, and isolation; in turn, decreasing the greater world’s stigmatization.

I hold a Masters in Applied Clinical Psychology from Pacific University, and a Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Leadership from CU Boulder. My clinical experience ranges from inpatient, non-profit, to group practice— helping clients with OCD, ADHD, domestic violence survivors, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ concerns, and more!

My work is informed by trauma and diversity informed lenses, and I utilize a variety of approaches for each client’s needs; ranging from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), insight-oriented therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
