My ideal client is navigating anxiety, burnout, recovery, identity shifts, or chronic illness while moving through systems that were not built with them in mind. They are tired of surviving and ready for therapy that honors their lived experience while helping them build alignment, boundaries, and resilience.
My training in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling allows me to address mental health within a personal and systemic context. I integrate ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to provide structured, values-based care, with focused experience in recovery, identity development, chronic illness, and culturally responsive support.
