Overview
I primarily work with individual adults who have a broad range of desires and hopes for therapy. Often, folks are experiencing depression, anxiety, and/or substance use issues and are looking for relief and understanding. Many of my clients are processing shame and trauma from relationships and desire healing and acceptance.
My therapeutic approach involves a personalized, collaborative process that we develop together. I work with mindfulness tools, depth psychology or understanding the root of symptoms, and solution-focused therapy.
