I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Washington, offering both telehealth and in-person psychiatric care. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief, sleep concerns, stress, burnout, and life transitions.
