Overview

With a background in attachment-based therapies such as emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, and a trauma-informed approach, I specialize in working with the complexity of emotions that keep people from actualizing the life and relationships they want. I often support women recovering from the impact of abuse and mistreatment, helping them reclaim safety, agency, and freedom.

This includes women:
• Seeking a compassionate space to heal from the impact of past trauma or abuse
• Processing complex relational trauma
• Reclaiming a sense of safety and agency
• Building awareness around relational patterns
