I work best with clients who feel overwhelmed yet long for deeper understanding and connection. They may be navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, or cultural stress. They seek more than relief—they want insight, regulation, and a safe space to feel seen, heal, and grow.
I integrate psychoanalytic therapy, therapeutic yoga, and mind–body approaches to help clients build insight, regulate emotions, and reconnect with themselves. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, sexuality concerns, and supporting neurodivergent individuals. As a bicultural, Spanish-speaking therapist, I provide culturally responsive care. With children, I use play therapy and collaborate closely with parents to create lasting change.
