Overview
My passion is to work with couples and families because then everyone knows the hurt and challenges faced by the others. We are all on the same page and can work together toward the common goal of transformation, healing and harmony within the relationships.
While I do not work with children individually, I do when in family work.
As a trauma therapist I incorporate a variety of techniques designed to meet you where you are. The focus is always on helping you to heal and achieve more harmony. In some cases this might mean talk therapy, however, it might also mean Sandtray, Somatic, and/or Polyvagal work
