Greetings I am a licensed professional counselor with an extensive background working with children/adolescents/and adults. As a community leader I have served in K-12 and higher education for over 30 years. I am passionate about connecting with individuals as they navigate life’s challenges.
I am particularly passionate about working with those who experience, depression, anxiety, and grief as you have worked more specifically in these areas. My services are unique in that I bring both professional and personal experiences to the seat creating a collaborative and nonjudgmental approach.
My biggest strength is being able to connect with clients. During our first session we will get to know each other and I will ask you to discuss specific challenges that brought you to counseling. Throughout our time routine checks are implemented to make sure you are consistently working toward goals established.
