Overview
My practice focuses on supporting individuals who are struggling with the following: anxiety, depression, substance misuse, post-traumatic stress and parenting challenges. I provide culturally-informed therapy for first responders and their partners.
-I provide Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT).
-I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools to help change negative thinking patterns.
-I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is a highly effective, evidence-based therapeutic treatment for recovery from traumatic events.
