Overview

I work with middle adolescents (ages 14–17) and young adults facing anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, or behavioral concerns like ADHD and ODD. I also provide LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed support.

I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed care using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and increase confidence at home, school, and socially.
