I work with adult clients who have experienced trauma, or are dealing with substance use, mood disorders and life transitions. Those who struggle with emotion regulation, interpersonal relationships, and overwhelmed by change. Individuals who wish to learn to regulate their nervous system, be values driven, and work to change.
I specialize in trauma, substance use, mood disorders, and life transitions. I have an eclectic style that blends evidenced based care (EMDR, DBT, CBT, neuroscience) with empathy and acceptance. I also incorporate somatic (body based) work, contemplative and expressive arts practices if you would like to include these in our work.
