Overview

I help individuals 12 & up (70+) navigate anxiety, depression, relational concerns, stressors, adjustment issues, and life transitions. I use evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique needs, meeting them where they are, and together identifying a path forward.

I conduct virtual, 1:1 individual therapy sessions. A parent/guardian needs to attend the initial appointment with adolescents ages 12-17. I welcome clients in the LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as individuals in various relationship styles, including monogamy, ENM (ethical non-monogamy), polyamorous, and kink dynamics.
