Overview
I work with young adults and women navigating challenges related to anxiety, self-esteem, boundaries, relationships, stress, identity, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, with an emphasis on helping clients feel genuinely understood while building practical tools for change.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, client-centered care and incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions. I value authenticity and believe meaningful growth happens through both insight and a supportive therapeutic relationship.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself without fear of criticism or pressure to have everything figured out.
