Overview
Life can feel overwhelming when we get caught in the busyness of everyday life. Sometimes, the hardest part is continuing to reach out when it feels like no one truly understands your struggles. As a therapist who has walked that journey, I want you to know that you are not alone, and I'm glad you are here.
I work with older adolescents (age 16 and up) and adults. I specialize in depression, work-related stress, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. As an immigrant and ethnic minority, I also love supporting my clients with immigration and racial/cultural identity struggles. I offer therapy in both English and Mandarin.
