Overview
My ideal clients are neurodivergent youth, adolescents, adults or their families who are navigating challenges related to ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-esteem, identity development, and work/school or social difficulties. Many feel misunderstood, overwhelmed or stuck.
By combining clinical training with extensive real-world experience, I help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies that improve daily functioning and overall well-being.
My approach is person-centered, strengths- and evidence-based, solution-focused, and trauma-informed.
