Overview
Youth, teen or family struggling with stress, anger, sadness/depression, anxiety or major life stresses/changes. Someone who wishes to take the initiative in their healing journey to better themselves and increase understanding of their world/the world around them. A family who is open to increasing understanding and communication.
Cognitive processing based therapeutic interventions (trauma-informed CBT, CBT, play therapy, art assisted therapy, sand tray therapy and motivational interviewing will help with with both mood stabilization but also to increase understanding of habits and schemas and how to make changes within their control.
