My ideal client is an adult who feels stuck, overwhelmed, lonely, or misunderstood. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, hopelessness, or a lack of purpose. They seek help because they are tired of living the same way and want a more stable, meaningful, and connected life.
I offer a calm, practical, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood and supported. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional struggles, and finding purpose. I bring empathy, humor, and lived experience to help clients create lasting change.
