Overview
I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed in their relationships, work, or school due to stress brought on by a history of trauma, depression, and/or anxiety. I also service pregnant and postpartum women who need a safe space to process the realities and pressures of motherhood.
You are the expert in session. You have the answers to make your life better. I am the compass that helps guide you back to your inner knowing. You can expect to feel supported, encouraged, and cared for in session. I create a safe space for reflection, self-awareness, self love and growth.
