Overview
I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Prior to obtaining my DNP degree, I was a RN for 13 years with a broad range of experience both in hospital and outpatient settings. Through this experience I recognized the necessity for better mental health care.
I work with adolescents and adults ages 14 to 70 across Washington State. I offer in person appointments in Seattle along with telehealth appointments. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. I utilize medication management alongside psychotherapy and non-pharmacological interventions.
I appreciate providing individualized care and working together to develop treatment goals that feel most comfortable for the individual. I look forward to working with you to obtain your goals.
