Mindful Therapy Group Named to the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies in 2026

Mindful Therapy Group has once again been named to the Inc. 5000, the most prestigious ranking of fastest-growing private companies in the country. This marks our second consecutive inclusion on the list.

This year, we came in at No. 1,985 nationally, No. 30 in the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metro, No. 219 in Healthcare and Medical, and No. 36 in Washington state.

This ranking is a strong reflection of our company’s continued growth. But it’s also a testament to how many patients and providers we’ve helped connect.

Access to mental health care remains out of reach for too many people. Nationally, providers are stretched thin, waitlists are long, and the administrative burden of running an independent practice pushes good clinicians out of the field entirely. Since last year’s recognition, Mindful Therapy Group has:

  • Grown its clinician network to 2,467 contracted providers
  • Expanded into Texas, establishing telehealth and brick-and-mortar services across Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio to reach rural and underserved populations
  • Deepened Medicaid participation across Washington state, expanding access for children, families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities who historically face long waitlists for care
  • Opened its first Minnesota office in Bloomington, bringing Mindful to 7 states
  • Grown to 22 physical locations, now supporting more than 100,000 active patients, delivering more than 1.5 million therapy appointments annually
