Mindful Therapy Group’s Colorado Springs – Regus Briargate office offers a welcoming, professional environment right off of I-25. This location offers a calming, relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. Soft lighting, peaceful décor, and thoughtfully arranged seating create an environment where you can breathe deeply, unwind, and focus on yourself without distractions.
With multiple private therapy rooms, each designed to promote a sense of safety and ease, you’ll always have a quiet, dedicated space to talk, reflect, and heal. Whether you’re here for individual sessions, couples counseling, or specialized therapeutic work, we’ve made sure the environment supports your personal journey.
Our friendly, compassionate staff is committed to making every visit feel welcoming and stress‑free. From your first interaction to each session thereafter, you’ll be met with warmth, respect, and genuine care.
To make therapy accessible and convenient, we offer flexible scheduling options and are open five days a week.
Parking
Free parking is available in the lot surrounding the building aside from spaces marked as reserved.
Building Access
Our office is located inside the Regus business center at 1155 Kelly Johnson Boulevard, 1st Floor STE 111, Colorado Springs, CO 80920.
When you enter the building, on the first floor look for the Regus suite on the left-hand side of the front lobby entrance. Mindful Therapy Group operates within the Regus office space.
If you arrive early or feel unsure, the building lobby directory and Regus signage will confirm you’re in the right place.
