Finding our Houston (Park Ten) office:
Our office is located inside the Regus business center at 16225 Park Ten Place, Suite 500.
When turning onto Park Ten Place from Park Ten Blvd, continue straight past the first few office buildings. Look for a dark‑colored office building set slightly back from the road and surrounded by trees. There is a driveway on the right near the building; signage in the area references Park Ten parking.
Once inside the building, follow signs for Regus and take the elevator to the 5th floor. Our Mindful Therapy Group office is located within the Regus office space.
If you arrive early or feel unsure, the building lobby directory and Regus signage will confirm you’re in the right place.
