Please note: Applicants must reside in Oregon to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Portland Metropolitan Area, Bend, Clackamas, Eugene, Medford, and West Salem. 

Many licensed therapists want the autonomy of private practice but not the administrative demands that often come with building one independently. 

Mindful Therapy Group offers a more supported path. Since 2011, we have helped therapists build sustainable private practices while maintaining control over their schedules, caseloads, and clinical work. Providers receive support with referrals, marketing, insurance credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and long-term practice development. 

We are highly prioritizing providers who can offer consistent in-person availability. Client demand for face-to-face care is strong, and clinicians providing in-person services are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. By pairing that demand with professionally designed office spaces and comprehensive practice infrastructure, we help therapists establish a local presence and build successful practices more quickly. 

Providers also have opportunities to grow beyond their client caseloads. Through ongoing professional development, business coaching, and our Supervision Program, qualified therapists may strengthen their leadership skills while diversifying their professional work and income.

What You Bring: 

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing 

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field 

• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice 

• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards 

• Consistent availability and timely documentation 

• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching 

• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice 

• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials 

• Interest in providing consistent in-person care
