Please note: Applicants must reside in Oregon to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Portland Metropolitan Area, Bend, Clackamas, Eugene, Medford, and West Salem.

Clinicians offering in-person services are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only practices, creating a meaningful opportunity to build a stable practice while meeting a growing community need.

What You Bring: 

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing 

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field 

• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice 

• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards 

• Consistent availability and timely documentation 

• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching 

• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice 

• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials 

• Interest in providing consistent in-person care
