Please note: Applicants must reside in Colorado to be considered for this position. We have offices located in Boulder, Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, Lakewood, and Westminster.

We are highly prioritizing therapists who can provide consistent in-person care. Client demand for face-to-face services remains strong, and clinicians offering in-person availability are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. Our investment in professionally designed office spaces helps therapists meet that demand, accelerate caseload growth, and build greater long-term practice stability. 

As their practices develop, providers can continue growing through professional development and business coaching. Qualified therapists may also diversify their professional work and income through clinical supervision opportunities.

What You Bring: 

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing 

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field 

• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice 

• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards 

• Consistent availability and timely documentation 

• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching 

• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice 

• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials 

• Interest in providing consistent in-person care
