Please note: Applicants must reside in Oregon to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Portland Metropolitan Area, Bend, Clackamas, Eugene, Medford, and West Salem. 

Licensed therapists should have the ability to build practices that reflect their clinical values, professional goals, and preferred approach to care. 

Mindful Therapy Group supports that autonomy by providing the infrastructure needed to operate and grow a sustainable private practice. Providers remain in control of their clinical work while receiving support with referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and ongoing business development. 

We are highly prioritizing therapists who can establish a consistent in-person presence. Clients are actively seeking face-to-face care, and clinicians offering in-person services are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. Our professionally designed office spaces help therapists meet that demand, increase their local visibility, and build stable practices more efficiently. 

Professional growth remains a priority throughout the partnership. Providers receive continued development and business coaching, while qualified licensed therapists may diversify their work and income by clinically supervising associate-level clinicians.

What You Bring: 

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing 

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field 

• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice 

• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards 

• Consistent availability and timely documentation 

• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching 

• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice 

• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials 

• Interest in providing consistent in-person care
