Please note: Applicants must reside in Washington to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Greater Seattle Area, Bellevue, Lacey, Mountlake Terrace, Southcenter, Spokane, Tacoma, and Vancouver.

We are highly prioritizing therapists who can offer consistent face-to-face availability, as in-person providers are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. Our professionally designed office spaces allow clinicians to meet that demand, establish a reliable local presence, and accelerate their path toward a stable practice. 

Beyond caseload growth, providers receive ongoing professional development and business coaching. Qualified therapists may also diversify their professional work and income by supervising associate-level clinicians.

What You Bring: 

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing 

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field 

• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice 

• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards 

• Consistent availability and timely documentation 

• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching 

• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice 

• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials 

• Interest in providing consistent in-person care
