Please note: Applicants must reside in Oregon to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Portland Metropolitan Area, Bend, Clackamas, Eugene, Medford, and West Salem.

We are highly prioritizing therapists who can offer consistent face-to-face availability, as in-person providers are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. Beyond caseload growth, providers receive ongoing professional development and business coaching. Qualified therapists may also diversify their professional work and income by supervising associate-level clinicians.

What You Bring: 

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing 

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field 

• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice 

• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards 

• Consistent availability and timely documentation 

• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching 

• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice 

• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials 

• Interest in providing consistent in-person care
