Job Description

Please note: Applicants must reside in Washington to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Greater Seattle Area, Bellevue, Lacey, Mountlake Terrace, Southcenter, Spokane, Tacoma, and Vancouver.

Our provider-centric model helps Nurse Practitioners establish independent private practices while receiving support with referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and ongoing practice development. 

We are currently prioritizing providers who can offer consistent in-person services. Many patients continue to seek the connection and engagement that face-to-face care provides, creating strong demand for office-based clinicians. As a result, providers with consistent in-person availability are often building their caseloads more than twice as quickly as telehealth-only practices.

What You Bring: 

• Active ARNP license, or willingness to obtain one 

• Active RN and advanced practice nursing licenses, required prescribing credentials, and DEA registration 

• Ability to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management, and timely follow-up care 

• Commitment to safe, patient-centered care and high clinical, prescribing, legal, and ethical standards 

• Consistent availability and timely documentation 

• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching 

• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice 

• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials 

• Interest in providing consistent in-person care
